Refund policy

Haiti Babi only returns or exchanges product within 30 days of the original ship date. Please make sure your return or exchange is made within these 30 days. To return or exchange an item, please email haitibabi@icloud.com and we will provide shipping information by email. Please type ‘RETURN’ in the Subject line of your email and include the following information:

Customer Name
Order Number
Product Name
Reason for return
Return for replacement, exchange, or refund

You will receive an email confirmation regarding your exchange. Please note that we may not have the item you would like to exchange in stock. If this happens, we will contact you to let you know of this issue. If the item has a price difference for more than the original product, you will be contacted to charge your credit card the difference. If the item has a price difference for less than the original, the original card will be refunded the difference. Please do not include cash or check. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

Please include original packaging.
